1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The ajica.app website and Ajica Software are operated by Viacheslav Eniutin, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia, State Registration Number 286.1596476, registered 16 July 2026, Taxpayer Identification Number 20344253, registered address 2 Nar-Dos St., Kentron, Yerevan 0018, Armenia (the “Licensor”, “we” or “us”).

These terms describe the Ajica offer sold through Polar and use of our website. The EULA governs Software licence rights. Polar's separate contract governs its checkout and reseller services. If you purchase for an organization, you must have authority to do so; each Pro licence is assigned to one named user under the EULA.

2. Seller, checkout and the applicable documents

Polar is the merchant of record and seller in the purchase transaction. It handles payment, applicable taxes, invoicing and refunds. Its Buyer Terms govern that transaction. We grant the licence and remain responsible for our obligations as Licensor.

Before completing checkout, review the product, price, tax, final amount, delivery information and applicable terms. Keep your receipt and order information. The EULA, these terms and the Refund Policy address their respective subjects; referring to Polar does not remove mandatory rights against the party legally responsible.

3. Products, prices and the launch campaign

Item Price before tax, USD Included rights
Ajica Pro 99, one-time payment Perpetual rights to covered versions, 365 days of initial update coverage and up to three activated installations for one named user under the EULA.
Ajica Pro launch offer 69, one-time payment The same rights, when the official checkout offers an available launch-campaign allocation.
Optional update renewal 49, one-time payment Another 365 days of coverage for the same licence, calculated under section 5. No new key or additional installation slots.

Pro features are the functions listed in section 2 of the EULA: extended agent launch scenarios, advanced analytics, the flow editor and remote boards.

There is no automatic subscription or recurring renewal charge. Community features are free without a time limit. The 14-day Pro Trial is started only by the macOS application, as defined in section 2 of the EULA; a Linux server build used on its own has no trial. It starts at the first launch, requires no payment details and does not automatically become a purchase.

These are USD base prices before applicable tax. Polar calculates tax for the purchase; the final total is shown before payment. Currency conversion and any conversion charges depend on your payment provider. Prices may change for future purchases without reducing rights already purchased.

Launch campaign allocation

The campaign has 100 allocations for new-licence checkouts. It is not a promise that the first 100 completed sales or website visitors will receive the launch price. Creating an eligible checkout through Ajica's official purchase flow can consume an allocation before payment.

An allocation is not returned when its checkout is cancelled, expires or is refunded. Unfinished checkouts can therefore exhaust the campaign with fewer than 100 completed paid purchases. Renewals and test orders do not participate. Merely opening the website does not reserve a discount, and an unfinished checkout does not create an obligation to pay.

The launch price offered for your transaction is shown in its checkout. After a refund, a later purchase uses the price then available; no previous discount is guaranteed to be restored. This does not reduce statutory refunds or other mandatory remedies.

4. Delivery, compatibility and activation

Delivery is electronic. The offer includes the officially distributed macOS application and compatible ajica-server Linux server builds for x86_64 and ARM64, including remote-board servers. Both are downloaded from the ajica.app website; the macOS application also includes the Linux server builds and uses them to set up remote boards. It does not include a separate Linux desktop GUI application. Check the system requirements below before purchase.

System requirements

After confirmed payment, Polar issues the Licence Key automatically and provides it through its customer portal and purchase email; no manual processing is involved. Enter your Licence Key in Ajica to activate it. Activation takes effect as soon as the Software completes its online check with the licensing service. If delivery is missing or delayed, check the purchase email and portal, then contact us with the order reference. Do not send a full key or card details. Applicable remedies for non-delivery remain available.

Important licence limits

Online verification is required

Perpetual licence rights do not provide indefinite offline access. Initial activation requires a connection. After successful verification, saved authorization lasts one calendar month in UTC, with the day clamped to the end of a shorter month. An online check may apply revocation sooner. Connection failure does not extend that period.

After saved verification expires, Pro requires successful online verification even on a covered version after update coverage ends. Community features remain available and expiry does not itself delete local data, although Pro-only functions may be unavailable. Verification does not require buying an update renewal. Sections 4 and 8 of the EULA explain these requirements and the dependency on licensing services.

5. Updates and optional renewal

The initial Update Period lasts 365 days from confirmed payment in UTC. It covers official versions released on or before its end, including earlier releases. Expiry of update coverage does not itself end perpetual rights to those versions.

Renewal adds 365 days to the later of the current coverage end and the confirmed renewal payment time in UTC. Early renewal preserves unused coverage. Late renewal does not charge retroactively for the gap. Renewal extends the same licence; it creates neither a new key nor extra slots.

You do not need to renew simply to continue using a covered version or to verify its existing licence. A release outside your coverage requires appropriate update rights for its Pro features. The EULA explains covered versions and the remaining conditions.

Paid update coverage is distinct from any mandatory obligation to provide conformity remedies or necessary updates, including security updates. It does not promise a particular release schedule or continued compatibility with every future platform or external service.

6. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights

The Refund Policy explains how to request a refund and what a full refund, renewal-only refund or other transaction outcome means for licence rights. Ajica offers no separate fixed voluntary refund window. This does not exclude refunds, withdrawal rights or remedies required by applicable law.

The free Trial does not replace those rights. Digital delivery does not automatically waive a statutory withdrawal right: any applicable conditions for loss of that right must actually be fulfilled. A refund of only a renewal does not, by itself, revoke the original licence. If the original purchase is fully refunded, the renewals bought for that licence are refunded as well, as the Refund Policy describes.

7. Availability and website use

Sales depend on Polar's supported territories, payment methods and applicable legal restrictions. A translated website or document does not itself mean checkout is available in that country. A refused purchase is not treated as a completed licence purchase; payment problems and any resulting refund are handled under the applicable purchase terms and law.

You must not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or scan it in a manner that disturbs operation. We may proportionately restrict website access to address abuse or protect the service. Such a restriction does not itself cancel previously purchased licence rights or remove access to legal remedies. Software suspension and termination are governed by the EULA.

Links to external websites are subject to those operators' terms. We do not control their independent content or services; this does not exclude responsibility for our own conduct where law imposes it.

8. Support

Contact [email protected] for installation, activation, licensing and defects of the current and covered versions. Our normal support response target is three business days; it is a target, not a guaranteed resolution time. Refund enquiries have the separate five-business-day response commitment in the Refund Policy.

Business days are Monday to Friday in Yerevan time (UTC+4), excluding public holidays and other non-working days in the Republic of Armenia. Response periods start on the next business day after we receive your message.

Support does not include performing work on your projects or operating your third-party agents. Ordinary support scope does not remove mandatory remedies or the need to address verification problems affecting valid covered licences. No separate service-level agreement or indefinite support for every old platform is promised unless expressly agreed.

9. Intellectual property and component licences

The Software, documentation, website, Ajica name and logo belong to the Licensor or the respective rights holders. Purchases grant the rights described in the EULA rather than ownership of the Software.

Components identified as Apache-2.0 or under another separate licence retain those terms. These terms do not restrict rights granted by those component licences. We do not acquire ownership of your projects or work product merely because you use Ajica.

10. Privacy and optional communications

Project content is stored locally or on infrastructure you choose. Connected agents and services may receive content when you use them; we may receive information you share with support. Purchases, licensing, updates and optional analytics involve the separate data flows explained in the Privacy Policy.

Accepting purchase terms is not consent to optional usage analytics or marketing emails. Notification signups and withdrawal choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Warranties and liability

Sections 12 and 13 of the EULA describe Software warranties, disclaimers and limitations. Subject to their mandatory-law exceptions, the agreed liability cap for a paid licence is the total amount paid for that licence and its update renewals before the event giving rise to liability, regardless of when those payments were made. This statement does not extend a Software liability cap to every unrelated website activity.

Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights, conformity obligations, remedies or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Describing the Software as “as is” does not override binding product commitments or mandatory legal guarantees.

12. Changes and document versions

Changes apply to purchases made after the revised terms take effect. Earlier purchases remain governed by their applicable offer and terms, subject to mandatory law. Publishing a new price or changing a linked page does not itself reduce previously purchased rights.

Website-use rules may be updated prospectively, with notice where required. Changes to Software licensing follow the EULA. We will not treat a website-only change as acceptance of a new paid licence condition.

These terms are drafted in English. Where translations are provided, English prevails in a conflict to the extent permitted by law, without overriding mandatory language or consumer-protection requirements.

13. Governing law and disputes

These website and Software-offer terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain in force. Nothing here deprives you of a court or remedy available under mandatory law.

Polar's separate Buyer Terms govern disputes concerning its purchase contract. Their dispute provisions do not become dispute provisions between you and the Licensor merely by being linked here.

You may contact us to seek a resolution. Doing so is not a prerequisite to exercising non-waivable rights and does not suspend legal deadlines.
