Visiting this website

The site is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Hosting and security services process connection information such as your IP address, requested page and request time to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not add advertising, visitor analytics, tracking scripts or non-essential cookies. We do not promise a specific retention period for provider-controlled logs.

Email and launch notices

If you email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments. Email is handled through Google Workspace. We use this information to answer your request. If you ask for a launch notice, we use your address for that notice; you may withdraw the request by email. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the request, support you and meet applicable legal obligations. There is no active signup form or mailing-list service on this site.

The application and other providers

Ajica stores project data on your computer or your own server. Coding agents and model integrations can send code and prompts to their providers under your accounts; their policies apply. Usage statistics are optional and off until you enable them. When configured and enabled, reports include a random installation identifier, versions and aggregated usage counters, not task content or code; the intended receiver is PostHog Cloud in the EU. Network services see your IP address. Update checks can send version and platform information; standalone server checks also include a separate random installation identifier. Automatic Polar licence validation is not connected yet. The full release policy will describe the deployed endpoints, fields and retention before public distribution.

Future purchases and your rights

No payments are currently taken here. If Polar checkout is enabled, Polar will process purchase and payment information under its privacy policy. We will receive the order and customer information needed to deliver and support the licence. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, withdraw consent and complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights. Ajica is a professional developer tool, not marketed to children.
