Scope and status

This page outlines the licence planned for Ajica Pro. It is not a final release EULA: purchases and public downloads are not open yet. The licensor is intended to be Viacheslav Eniutin, Armenia; the final agreement and business details will be provided before purchase.

What Pro grants

The planned Pro offer is a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use the versions covered by your purchase, including versions released during the included 12-month update period. Further updates are optional and paid separately. An update period ending does not itself remove the right to use previously covered versions. User and device limits, company ownership and transfer rules will be stated before purchase; no device limit is being promised or automatically enforced by this preview.

Delivery and checks

Licences may be issued manually or following payment. Automatic online licence validation and device activation management are not connected to the current preview. Their eventual behavior, network requirements and offline operation will be disclosed before release.

Your work and third-party software

You keep rights to your own project data. You choose and authorize your agents' actions and should review their results and maintain backups. Ajica does not guarantee that AI output is correct. This statement does not waive mandatory rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Components supplied under Apache License 2.0 or other third-party licences retain those terms; commercial Pro conditions do not replace their permissions.
