A TASK BOARD FOR YOUR AI CODING AGENTS

Your ideas.In motion.

You put tasks on the board. Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Cursor and other agents do the work on your Mac, and stop to ask you when a decision is yours.

Version 1.0 is in development. Free to start. For macOS 12 or later.

Ajica
The Ajica task board on macOS with four columns: Backlog, In Progress, Testing and Done. An epic and a composite task wait in the backlog; agents are building the search interface and waiting for an answer about a report format; accessibility checks are running; three tasks are done.

ONE CLEAR PICTURE

A place for every idea.A path to getting it done.

From a quick fix to a big release. Ajica keeps your tasks, your agents and your next move in view.

01

Your idea

Write a task, set its priority, and move it to In Progress when you want it done.

02

Your agent

Point your agent at Ajica with one command. You approve the connection in the app.

03

Your result

Follow progress, answer questions, and read the agent’s summary when the task is done.

Your Mac. Your workspace.

Your board and database stay on your computer. Agents use their own providers through your accounts.

FROM PLAN TO PROGRESS

Less coordination.More creation.

Give the work a direction. Ajica keeps it moving, with a clear handoff at every step. Follow one card through the four columns of the board.

Backlog card from the Ajica board: Improve onboarding, a single feature task with high priority, unassigned, no progress bar.

A clear starting point.

Title, description, priority and tags: everything an agent needs to start with context. The card has no progress bar yet because nothing has started.

Progress: not started

Big plans. In the right order.

A big goal does not have to be one big task. Ajica has three kinds of card, so you can break it down and still see where it stands, and any card can stop to ask you.

Epic card from the Ajica board: Launch the new website, 2 of 3 required tasks done, marked as a coordinator.
EpicThe goal. A coordinator: it never runs on its own. It is done when the tasks it needs are done, and its chip counts them (2/3).
Composite card from the Ajica board: Search experience, 1 of 2 subtasks done, status Waiting for children.
CompositeA task made of subtasks. It waits for its children, then has work of its own. Its chip counts finished subtasks (0/2 here).
Single card from the Ajica board: Index the content, 45 percent, worked on by Antigravity.
SingleOne task, one agent. Progress is whatever the agent reports while it works.
Card waiting for an answer: Export weekly report, an amber bar reading Awaiting an answer: PDF or CSV?, Codex.
Waiting for youAny card can pause. The agent asks, the bar turns amber, and it continues once you answer on the card.

Waves set the order.

Split an epic into execution waves. Tasks in the same wave run in parallel; the next wave waits for the one before it.

Pro

Your own flow.

Teams do not all work the same way. In the Flow editor you decide what happens when a card moves from one column to the next: which agent takes it, and what extra instructions it gets.

AGENTS + YOU

AI does the work. You make the call.

When a decision needs you, the agent pauses. Answer on the task. It continues in the same session, with your direction.

QUESTIONS

Good to knowbefore you start.

Does my code leave my computer?

Ajica does not upload your project content to the developer. Agents and model integrations you choose may send code and prompts to their own providers using your accounts. Your own remote board also stores data on the server you control.

Which agents does it work with?

Ajica starts Claude Code, Codex, Cline, OpenCode and Antigravity from a card. Cursor, Kimi, DeepSeek and any other agent that speaks MCP or REST connect as running sessions. The quick start shows how.

What does Ajica send over the network?

Ajica stores the board locally or on your own server. Your coding agents connect to their providers using your accounts. Optional usage metrics and update checks are described in the privacy policy. Automatic validation with Polar is not connected yet.

What happens when the trial ends?

The app continues with the Community features. Your data stays where it is and remains fully accessible.

What happens after 12 months?

You keep using every version released during your update period, with its Pro features. Renewing updates is optional.

When can I get it?
